Defend Dr. Hoffe!!!

On Saturday, February 4th, 2023 I received word that the long awaited hearing which the College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C. had planned for Lytton, B.C. family physician Dr. Charles Hoffe was not going to be cancelled as some earlier reports had intimated. The report that I received indicated that Dr. Hoffe was in serious trouble due to the fact that his lawyer in Toronto was ill and in hospital and Dr. Hoffe wasn’t able to get all his legal ducks in a row before the commencement of the hearing process slated to begin virtually on February 13th.

I went to the college website and read the following notification in the Public notifications section:

“The hearing of the citation issued for Dr. Charles Douglas Hoffe, a family physician practising in or around Lytton and Kamloops, BC, has been scheduled for February 13 to 17, 21 to 24, and 27, 2023. The hearing will proceed virtually, subject to further order of the Discipline Committee.

At the hearing, a panel of the Discipline Committee will inquire into Dr. Hoffe’s alleged misconduct, namely that, he contravened standards imposed under the Health Professions Act, including but not limited to the Canadian Medical Association’s Code of Ethics and Professionalism by publishing statements on social media and other digital platforms that were misleading, incorrect or inflammatory about vaccinations, treatments, and public measures relating to COVID-19.”

After a bit more digging about on the site I found the names of those physicians who make up the Discipline Committee. None of them are board members. I found a contact phone number for 5 of the 6 in case anyone would like to speak to them about your concerns. These are public numbers online so there’s no issue about calling them. They are the following:

The Beginning

I started covering Dr. Hoffe’s long and contentious story back on April 11th of 2021 when I first got wind of the fact that he had gone public about the so-called “vaccine” after one of his patients in Lytton, B.C. died and three others were permanently disabled following their first dose of the experimental Moderna Gene Modification ‘Vaccine’.

It wasn’t long before the dark forces behind this global attempt at mass genocide of the world’s population commenced. In a follow up article titled Must Be the Season of Satan: A Defence of Dr. Charles Hoffe on April 16th, 2021 I had the following to say, “As inevitable as the morning sunrise the reaction by mainstream media and its band of brainwashed minions to Dr. Charles Hoffe’s revelations concerning negative effects upon his patients by the experimental mRNA vaccine Moderna, was to commence a campaign of slur and slander against the courageous, Truth-telling Doctor from Lytton, B.C.” 

By early May of 2021 after Dr. Hoffe sent his Open Letter to Dr. Bonnie Henry, the NDP government, Bonnie Henry and the Interior Health Authority were hot to trot in commencing their harassment of Dr. Hoffe. As I remarked in my Editor’s Note for the story titled “Small Community of Lytton, BC Has One Person Dead and Three People Permanently Disabled Following Their First Dose of Experimental Moderna Gene Modification ‘Vaccine’”:

“Once again we are witnessing the venomous, draconian actions of the BC NDP government via their servile minions Dr. Henry and the Interior Health Authority (IHA), in this latest blatant attack upon Dr. Hoffe’s integrity and his very livelihood, not to mention the well being of all the local residents of the town of Lytton, BC where the good doctor has dedicated many years of service to the community. 

The unabashed arrogance and power-tripping displayed by these bungling bureaucrats and their political overlords, all of whom are willing participants in what is now recognized universally as being the most virulent attack upon the human race ever witnessed in recorded history, demands that ‘we the people’ expose their actions for what they are and thwarted them in every way possible.

The letter issued by the Lytton Medical Clinic on May 4, 2021, provides a general overview of the maliciousness of the NDP traitors when it comes to their deliberate, crude and cruel reactionary response to anyone, be they a professional medical practitioner or not, who displays the intestinal fortitude to speak Truth to power as was done by Dr. Hoffe in his original open letter to Dr. Henry.”

Back to the Present

Upon hearing that the College was going ahead with their ’Show Trial’ hearing I wrote an email to Dr. Hoffe offering my services once again and letting him know I would do everything in my power to make the general public aware of his plight and get the message out for people to write letters of support and send them to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC via their online complaints section.

This morning I received a reply from Dr. Hoffe in which he covers his present legal situation and which also provides an overview of what we the people can do to help him out.

Hello Arthur,

Thank you for reaching out, and for your desire to help shine a light in this present darkness.

I have just spoken to my lawyer in Toronto. He has recruited the help of a BC lawyer, to assist while he recovers. He states that although it is too late to submit expert witnesses for the trial, it is not too late to submit evidence.

Nevertheless, the College is not following legal protocol, and is acting in a tyrannical manner. They need to be held to account. Hopefully a letter writing campaign, or flood of complaints, may enable them to realise that public opinion is not in their favour. This is the Contact Us page: https://www.cpsbc.ca/contact-us

I believe that my case may be critical, as it will set a legal precedent for the future.

People often ask what they can do to help. This is a real case where every person can make a difference. The College needs to be deluged in complaints and letters against their own misconduct and persecution of ethical and caring doctors. The letters do not need to be complicated or detailed. Simplicity may be more powerful than complexity.

Lastly, the College is unlikely to respond to the letters and complaints, so I would suggest that people should keep resubmitting them every week until they are acknowledged.

While it may provide some instant relief by venting aggressively I suggest in this case just tapping it cool and being as forthright as possible without too much ad hominems, etc.

“As a concerned citizen of the province of B.C. I am deeply troubled by the College of Physicians and Surgeons’ ongoing persecution of Dr. Charles Hoffe, family physician from Lytton, B.C. I have learned that you are planning to hold a hearing beginning February 13th, 2023 that will run for 10 days. I have been following the plight of Dr. Charles Hoffe ever since he stood up and spoke out for his patients back in the spring of 2021 when one person who took the government mandated ‘vaccine’ died and others were permanently disabled following their first dose of the experimental Moderna Gene Modification ‘Vaccine’. All of the grievances that you display in the Hearing notification for November 21, 2022 for Dr. Charles Douglas Hoffe alleging misconduct are nothing more than pure unmitigated fiction and outright baseless fabrications and lies. The COVID-19 “pandemic” was, and will remain forever, the greatest criminal fallacy ever forced upon the human family and those who instigated it and those complicit in its actualization (which includes the College of Physicians and Surgeons) will eventually be brought to justice and punished to the full. As well as Integrity your mandate includes COMMITMENT TO EARNING AND MAINTAINING THE PUBLIC TRUST. “The Board acknowledges its ultimate accountability to the public and commit to continuously earning and maintaining the public trust.” Tragically, for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC and for all the victims of this massive, fraudulent scam by the NDP government of B.C., you have now lost the public trust and likely will never regain it again. Please – do what you can while you can to make amends for all the deception and hurt and suffering that you have caused the citizens of this beautiful province. A first, and giant step, would be to grant amnesty to Dr. Charles Hoffe and drop all of the bogus charges now pending against him. God grant that you do the right thing.

As British Columbia’s beleaguered healthcare system continues to face critical staffing shortages, a former Kelowna General Hospital nurse forced off the job by the COVID-19 vaccine mandate wants back into the workforce.

Andrea Henders says she was a nurse for almost 12 years and was working at KGH when the provincial government announced it would be terminating all unvaccinated healthcare staff in October 2021.

“We’re trained, we’re hardworking, we’re experienced, we’re ready, we’re healthy, we’d love to go back to work,” Henders told Castanet Tuesday.

“We’re being ignored and shamed and blamed and pushed aside when we’re professional and ready to help.”

B.C. remains one of only two provinces in Canada that have continued to keep vaccine mandates in place for healthcare staff, the other being Nova Scotia. Ontario allows individual hospitals to determine their own approach to vaccine mandates, and several have kept them in place.

Premier David Eby recently announced a new program to pay for application and assessment fees for internationally trained nurses, along with thousands of dollars in support and bursaries for those who return to practice. The move also comes with faster processing times to speed up wait times and offer hope for a strained and understaffed B.C. healthcare system.

Henders, meanwhile, is frustrated.

“What about all the nurses that are sitting around ready to work? Why are you spending our tax dollars to bring in foreign-trained nurses, when there are perfectly experienced, skilled and ready to work nurses right here in B.C.”

In response to request for comment, the B.C. Ministry of Health said “in order to protect the province’s most vulnerable and the overall health-care system, COVID-19 vaccination requirements for health-care system workers continue to be in place.”

A large study published last year in the New England Journal of Medicine found people who received two doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine had no protection against contracting the Omicron variant after 20 weeks. People who received two doses of Pfizer had just 9 per cent protection after 25 weeks. Moderna drops to 15 per cent after 25 weeks.

Booster doses increase protection significantly, but boosters are not required to be considered vaccinated in B.C.

Henders says getting information about the situation since losing her job has been a challenge.
“It’s just like our voices are not being heard at all. We’re doing our darnedest to contact MPs and MLAs, Adrian Dix and Dr. Bonnie Henry, but we’re being completely ignored.”

The Ministry of Health’s statement says they are expecting another increase in the spread of COVID-19 this winter “the potential for another variant of concern to emerge remains a real concern.”

“Vaccine mandates protect vulnerable populations, including older and immunocompromised patients in hospitals, residents in long-term care facilities, as well as health-care workers and the overall health-care system. It is critically important to maintain this layer of protection for all of them.”

About 2,500 British Columbian healthcare workers, 900 in the Interior Health region, were terminated last year for being unvaccinated. The government has repeatedly emphasized that bringing back unvaccinated staff will not solve the staffing crunch.

“There’s so many of us and someone has to be their voice,” Henders said. “I paid good money and put in good time to become an RN and I cannot even work in my province when [B.C.] is in a dire staffing shortage and healthcare crisis right now. I would love to be helping, but nobody is listening.”

The BC Ministry of Health says they have no intention of changing its vaccine mandate and are in fact encouraging all health professionals to get vaccinated and boosted.

“In B.C. and globally, measures taken to combat the ongoing public-health emergency remain important. The trajectory of the pandemic over the next few months is uncertain as there is still significant spread of the COVID-19 virus in the province and around the world.”

Dr. Hoffe’s Initial Letter to His Brothers & Sisters in Christ

Dr. Hoffe’s courage and conviction and faith must not go unrecognized and support for his actions MUST be SUPPORTED by everyone concerned with this critical situation we’re now facing worldwide.]

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

I greet you in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. For those of you who do not know me, I am a Christian family physician in Lytton, BC.

I have been rather concerned about the experimental Covid vaccines that are being rolled out at a rapid rate. The leader of the World Economic Forum, Claus Schwab, (author of the book, “ The Great Reset”), has declared that; “No one is safe, until everyone is vaccinated.” This intention has been echoed by many world leaders.

All previous coronavirus vaccine research following the SARS epidemic in 2002/3, in creating RNA or DNA vaccines against coronaviruses ended, because great harm was seen in the animal trials.

But with the appearance of COVID-19, the same technology was rapidly revamped, with different delivery systems. However this time, animal trials were not done, and the experiment was taken directly to the population at large, after limited short-term trials. The vaccines have been rolled out, with absolutely no long-term safety data. This is a global experiment, on the entire world’s population.

In my own medical practice, I now have 6 patients who are enduring long-term side-effects from these experimental therapies.  They all indicate neurological damage, which is evolving. I suspect that it may be multiple sclerosis, or something along those lines. I have written to the Medical Health Officer, in charge of the vaccine rollout in the BC interior, to express my concerns and questions, with absolutely no response.

I therefore drafted an open letter to Dr Bonnie Henry, who is the Provincial Health Officer for British Columbia, to ask the same questions, and expressed the same concerns. I had been warned by my medical colleagues, not to expect a reply from her either. But to my complete astonishment, I received a prompt reply the next day inviting me to attend a virtual meeting, with a designated vaccine safety specialist. The meeting is scheduled for 4 pm (Pacific time) on Tuesday April 13, 2021.

Meanwhile I am sending urgent referrals, to a neurologist, to investigate my three most serious vaccine injured patients. My hope is that once we can identify what disease process has been initiated by this experimental gene therapy, we can raise public awareness more effectively.

So I have attached my open letter, to Dr Bonnie Henry, which documents my personal experience of the vaccine injuries in my own medical practice. Please feel free to share it with anyone who might feel tempted, to except this experimental vaccine, for a veneer of “safety”.

I invite you to join with me in prayer, in preparation for my meeting on Tuesday afternoon, that the Lord would guide my thoughts and words. I pray too, that the Lord would prepare the heart of the vaccine specialist that I will be speaking to, so that they take this matter very seriously. A global experiment on this scale, on uninformed participants who are driven by fear, is a crime against humanity.

All of the Covid vaccines are effectively genetic modification. They vary only in the mode of delivery. They all work, by introducing a gene to our bodies to manufacture an antibody against the Covid spike protein. The problem is, that there are 20 human tissue types that also have a spike protein. So there is a possibility that the Covid antibody may target one of our own human tissues too. In other words, that this new therapy will trigger an autoimmune reaction in some people.

There have been hundreds of reported miscarriages in pregnant women who have received the Covid vaccines. The placenta is one of the 20 tissue types that also has a spike protein. So it is most likely, that the cause of these miscarriages, is that these women, now have an antibody that targets placental tissue. They have effectively been vaccinated against any future pregnancy.

So if you know any woman of childbearing age, who is planning to receive a Covid vaccine, please warn her about this possibility, of permanent sterility, through recurrent miscarriage.

I request your prayers, and I very much hope that this information may be helpful to you and those dear to you. Please feel free to share it with anyone who might heed these warnings. I have attached my open letter to Dr Bonnie Henry. Please feel free to share it too.
