[EDITOR’S NOTE: The issue of freedom of speech or freedom of expression is one that I hold to be THE MOST SACROSANCT freedoms that the Creator bestowed upon Humanity. Without it no individual or nation can expect to retain its other freedoms. When ANY government body assumes the right to prevent the individual from expressing their views, ideas or opinions on any subject that government forfits the right to exist and ought to be removed from whatever power it might possess; power, of course, bestowed up it by the people.
As some readers may already be aware I have personally been fighting for the right to freedom of speech/expression since the year 2007 when vested, foreign interest lobbyists here in Canada first attacked me and my former website RadicalPress[.]com by filing a formal complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission alleging that I had committed a “Hate Crime” under the then Sec. 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Code.
That particular piece of specious legislation was finally laid to rest back in 2012 when it was repealed by the former Conservative government of PM Stephen Harper after many years of lobbying by numerous individuals and organizations who deemed it to be unconstitutional. At the time it was repealed my case was still in the “Tribunal” stage and was stayed but that didn’t stop the complainants who then turned around and used Sec. 319(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada to lay a second (and identical) complaint against me and my website. In May of 2012 I was arrested, jailed, all of my computers and electronic files “seized”, all of my firearms “seized” and thus began a legal process against me that TO THIS DAY is still ongoing after 15 years!
So if anyone tries to tell you that free speech ought to have limitations placed upon it be very wary of them. Canada already had and continues to have laws in place that deal with libel and defamation so there’s no need whatsoever for these “Hate Crime” laws which only end up being exploited by the NWO forces who were able to influence the politicians into placing them in Canada’s judicial system in order to cover their own asses when the fecal matter finally hits the fan, which by all indications, won’t be long in coming.
As a footnote I might add that it costs the complainant bugger all to lay a complaint against anyone. But it costs the Canadian taxpayer millions in court costs and police costs to prosecute just one individual. In my own case I’ve estimated that thus far the taxpayers of Canada have forked over one and a half million dollars into destroying my website and prohibiting me from naming the guilty party online.]
PRE-CRIME IS HERE: Proposed Canadian Bill C-36 criminalizes THINKING about posting “hate” speech
By PatriotRising March 12, 2022
A new proposed bill recently presented to the Canadian parliament would allow people to report so-called “hate speech” online before it even happens.
The proposed “hate speech” law, Bill C-36, allows Canadians to take another person to court if they feel like they might post something hateful online.
According to the proposed legislation, Canadians will be encouraged to report anybody to the authorities. Those who have had reports filed against them will then be taken to court and potentially penalized before they even post any so-called “hate speech” online if there is sufficient evidence to suggest that they have hateful motives.
“A person may, with the Attorney General’s consent, lay an information before a provincial court judge if the person fears on reasonable grounds that another person will commit (a) an offense under section 318 [pushing or advocating for genocide] or subsection 318 [inciting or promoting hate],” reads the proposed bill.
“That’s right. A person can get in trouble for something they are suspected of intending to post … online,” wrote David Fiorazo for Harbingers Daily.
The bill makes amendments to Canada’s Criminal Code to create a recognizance for people accused of hate propaganda or hate crimes. It also amends the code to define “hatred” for the purposes of the two aforementioned potential accusations against people.
Furthermore, the bill amends the Canadian Human Rights Act, passed in 1977 and last amended in 2017, to codify into law that communicating hate speech online is a “discriminatory practice.” In this instance, hate speech is defined as any speech that is supposedly “likely to foment detestation or vilification of an individual or group of individuals on the basis of a prohibited ground of discrimination.”
The bill tasks the Canadian Human Rights Commission to handle complaints of hate speech or intent to communicate hate speech online and it authorizes the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal to adjudicate these complaints.
Canadian parliament wants to pass laws that prevent dissent
The introduction of Bill C-36 is just the first salvo in a series of new proposed legislation intended to curtail the expression of dissent online and in public.
Bill C-36, which was first read in late June 2021, died in parliament when the September election was called. It was reintroduced this year in response to the anti-Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) mandate Freedom Convoys. If passed, penalties for breaching Bill C-36 include up to four years in prison.
Another bill designed to curtail dissent, Bill C-229, was recently tabled by left-wing New Democratic Party (NDP) member of parliament Peter Julian. Like C-36, C-229 amends the Criminal Code to explicitly ban “symbols of hate.”
Julian and the entirety of the NDP claim Bill C-229 would only be used to target symbols like the insignia of the Ku Klux Klan and the swastika. But they have also expressed their intention to ban the use of the Confederate flag. This signals the desire of the NDP to ban any symbol of dissent that it wants to get rid of.
If passed, the penalty for flying the Confederate flag or any other symbol the government designates to be hateful includes a prison sentence of up to two years.
Fortunately, the future of these bills remains uncertain. Political analysts have noted that C-36 was heavily criticized when it was first presented to parliament last year due to its difficulty to enforce and its attacks on freedom of speech.
Lulu Cheng Meservy, vice president of communications for the online blogging platform Substack, also pointed out that there were several “alarming aspects” to C-36.
These include the bill’s fuzzy and circular definition of what speech is considered “hateful,” and the fact that it encourages citizens to basically act as snitches for the government.
Finally, the fact that it wants to create a precedent in law for punishing people for something they have not actually done yet is a grave cause for concern.
“Very soon, only too soon, your country will stand in need of not just exceptional men but of great men. Find them in your souls. Find them in your hears. Find them in the depths of your country.”
– Alexandr Solzhenitsyn, Speech to U.S. Senate, July, 1975
In 1974 the famed Russian dissident, author of The Gulag Archipelago and Nobel Prize winner for Literature, Alexandr Solzhenitsyn, was finally expelled from the Soviet Union. Eventually he made his way to the United States of America and during the summer months of 1975 he travelled across the nation giving three memorable speeches; two of them to the AFL-CIO (American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations) and the last, on July 15th, to the United States Congress. Following his speaking tour Solzhenitsyn published his speeches in a small book which he titled “Warning to the West” in the same year.
His first speech on June 30th, 1975 was given in Washington, D.C. The occasion was a dinner given in his honour by the AFL-CIO. The host of the event was then President of the union George Meany.
In his introduction Meany had some farsighted words to say about Mr. Solzhenitsyn much of which I will quote below. He also had what I consider rather prescient and prophetic things to say about the state of the world given that it was forty-seven years ago since the speech was first recorded. Referring to Solzhenitsyn Meany stated:
“When we think of the historic struggles and conflicts of this century, we naturally think of famous leaders: men who governed nations, commanded armies, and inspired movements in the defence of liberty, or in the service of ideologies which have obliterated liberty.
Yet today, in this grave hour in human history, when the forces arrayed against the free spirit of man are more powerful, more brutal, and more lethal than ever before, the single figure who has raised highest the flame of liberty heads no state, commands no army, and leads no movement that our eyes can see.
But there is a movement – a hidden movement of human beings who have no offices and headquarters, who are not represented in the great halls where nations meet, who every day risk or suffer more for the right to speak, to think, and to be themselves than any of us here are likely to risk in our entire lifetime.
Where are the members of this invisible movement? As we prepare tonight to honour the presence of one of them among us, let us give some thought to the rest: to the millions who are trapped in Soviet slave-labour camps; to the countless thousands drugged and strait-jacketed in so-called insane asylums; to the multitudes of voiceless workers who slave in the factories of the commissars; to all those who strain for bits and pieces of truth through the jammed frequencies of forbidden broadcasts, and who record and pass outlawed thoughts from hand to hand in the shadows of tyranny.
. . . No man in modern times and very few in all of history have demonstrated as Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn the power of the pen coupled with the courage to free men’s minds.
We need that power desperately today. We need it to teach the new and the forgetful generations in our midst what it means not to be free. Freedom is not an abstraction; neither is the absence of freedom. Solzhenitsyn has helped us to see that, thanks to his art and his courage.
We need echoes of his voice. We need to hear the echoes in the White House. We need to hear the echoes in the Congress and in the State Department and in the universities and in the media . . . .”
Alexandr Solzhenitsyn’s speech to the members of the AFL-CIO was long, direct and forceful and it presented to the audience a picture of what life under a communist totalitarian dictatorship is truly like. In doing so he also outlined the role that America’s corporate elite played in promoting for profit such a system of governance; one built upon brute force and cold-hearted, calculated enmity toward all who stood, or potentially stood, in the way of the party’s ideological agenda for absolute control of every aspect of human endeavour. And in doing so he also called out previous American administrations like that of former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt (1933 to 1945) who were always eager and willing to recognize, legitimate and support Stalin’s communist, totalitarian state.
Linking his talk with the working class in the states and the abhorrent conditions under which the people of the Soviet Union were forced to endure Solzhenitsyn illustrated again and again the milieu under which millions of Christian people were living (if one could even describe their plight with such a descriptive adjective) or surviving. He described how the communist system worked and how its atheistic ideology, as expressed through the Bolshevik regime, exhibited no redeeming characteristics; that the basis of its political agenda consisted of nothing more than violence and that it could only be through firmness in the face of such a regime that one might counter this cold, calculating force – not, as American had been doing through the years, by constantly making concessions to communism. Cutting to the chase he delineated the truth about the communist system in the following manner:
“This was a system which which deceived the workers in all of its decrees – the decree on land, the decree on peace, the decree on factories, the decree on freedom of the press.
This was a system which exterminated all other parties. And let me make it clear to you that it not only disbanded each party, but destroyed its members. All members of every non-Communist party were exterminated.
This was a system which carried out genocide of the peasantry. Fifteen million peasants were shipped off to their deaths.
This was a system which introduced serfdom, the so-called passport system.
This was a system which, in time of peace, artificially created a famine, causing six million persons to die in the Ukraine between 1932 and 1933. They died on the very threshold of Europe. And Europe didn’t even notice it. The world didn’t even notice it. Six million persons!
I could continue this enumeration, but I must stop because I have come to the year 1933 when, after all the facts I have named, your President Roosevelt and your Congress decided that this system was worthy of diplomatic recognition, of friendship, and of assistance.”
At one point in his speech Solzhenitsyn encapsulated all he had told his audience:
“Finally, to evaluate everything that I have said to you, we need not remain on the level of practical calculations. Why did such and such a country act in such and such a way? What were they counting on? Instead, we should rise above this to the moral level and say: “In 1933 and in 1941 your leaders and the whole Western world made an unprincipled deal with totalitarianism.” We will have to pay for this; someday it will come back to haunt us. For thirty years we have been paying for it. And we’re going to pay for it in an even worse way in the future.
One cannot think only on the low level of political calculations. It is also necessary to think of what is noble, and what is honourable – not just of what is profitable. Resourceful Western legal scholars have now introduced the term “legal realism,” which they can use to obscure any moral evaluation of affairs. They say, “Recognize realities: if certain laws have been established in countries ruled by violence, these laws still must be recognized and respected.”
At the present time it is widely accepted among lawyers that law is higher than morality – law is something which is shaped and developed, whereas morality is something inchoate and amorphous. This is not the case. The opposite is true: morality is higher than law! Law is our human attempt to embody in rules a part of that moral sphere which is above us. We try to understand this morality, bring it down to earth, and present it in the form of law. Sometimes we are more successful, sometimes less. Sometimes we have a mere caricature of morality, but morality is always higher than law. This view must never be abandoned. We must acknowledge it with our hearts and souls.
In the twentieth century it is almost a joke in the Western world to use words like “good” and “evil.” They have become old-fashioned concepts, yet they are very real and genuine. These are concepts from a sphere which is above us. And instead of getting involved in base, petty, shortsighted political calculations and games we must recognize that a concentration of evil and a tremendous force of hatred is spreading throughout the world. We must stand up against it and not hasten to give, give, give, everything that it wants to swallow.”
. . . . . . .
In Solzhenitsyn’s second speech to the AFL-CIO in New York City on July 9th, 1975, the union’s secretary-treasurer, Lane Kirkland, introduced him in part with the following words:
“His [Solzhenitsyn’s. A.T.] work is not devoted to the advancement of any political doctrine or fashion in political discourse or any passing notion of expediency – but to the most elemental values of human dignity, human justice, and human freedom.”
Solzhenitsyn commenced his speech with the following opening remarks:
“Is it possible or impossible to transmit the experience of those who have suffered to those who have yet to suffer? Can one part of humanity learn from the bitter experience of another or can it not? Is it possible or impossible to warn someone of danger?”
He then went on to speak about Communism itself and how it is so astonishing that its adherents have been openly talking about it for the past 125 years (now 170+ years. A.T.) and that everyone’s heard about The Communist Manifesto yet no one seems to have read it or knows what it really is all about.
“I think it is not only a question of the disguises that Communism has assumed in the last decades. It is rather that the essence of Communism is quite beyond the limits of human understanding. It is hard to believe that people could actually plan such things and carry them out. And it is precisely because its essence is beyond comprehension, perhaps, that Communism is so difficult to understand.”
Further into his talk he gets a bit more explicit in his description of this peculiar ideology:
“Communism is as crude an attempt to explain society and the individual as if a surgeon were to perform his delicate operations with a meat axe. All that is subtle in human psychology and in the structure of society (which is even more complex), all of this is reduced to crude economic processes. This whole created being – man – is reduced to matter. It is characteristic that Communism is so devoid of arguments that it has none to advance against its opponents in our Communist countries. It lacks arguments and hence there is the club, the prison, the concentration camp, and insane asylums with forced confinement [and, as Solzhenitsyn states in another part of his speech, forced injections that are administered daily until the brain eventually rots away. A.T.].”
“…Communism has never concealed the fact that it rejects all absolute concepts of morality. It scoffs at any consideration of “good” and “evil” as indisputable categories. Communism considers morality to be relative, to be a class matter. Depending upon circumstances and the political situation, any act, including murder, even the killing of hundreds of thousands, could be good or could be bad. It all depends upon class ideology. And who defines this ideology? The whole class cannot get together to pass judgment. A handful of people determine what is good and what is bad [the World Economic Forum comes to mind. A.T.]. But I must say that in this very respect Communism has been most successful. It has infected the whole world with the belief in the relativity of good and evil. Today, many people apart from the Communists are carried away by this idea. Among progressive people, it is considered rather awkward to use seriously such words as “good” and “evil.” Communism has managed to persuade all of us that these concepts are old-fashioned and laughable. But if we are to be deprived of the concepts of good and evil, what will be left? Nothing but the manipulation of one another. We will sink to the status of animals.
Both the theory and the practice of Communism are completely inhuman for that reason…That which is against Communism is for humanity. Not to accept, but to reject this inhuman Communist ideology is simply to be a human being. Such a rejection is more than a political act. It is a protest of our souls against those who would have us forget the concepts of good and evil. ”
Further yet down the path toward Communism Solzhenitsyn explains:
“The most frightening aspect of the world Communist system is its unity, its cohesion. . . All the apparent differences among the Communist Parties of the world are imaginary. All are united on one point: your social order must be destroyed.”
[Hmmm, isn’t that what we’re seeing today as we witness the lockstep actions and reactions of governments throughout the West ever since the decision was made to fabricate the Covid-19 ‘epidemic’ and have it imposed upon nation after nation without their consent? A.T.]
. . . . . . .
Alexandr Solzhenitsyn’s final speech in America in 1975 took place in Washington, D.C. when he talked to members of the Senate and the House of Representatives. That speech was, by comparison to his other two, succinct, direct and, as seen now from the perspective of an additional 47 years of time, both precocious and prophetic.
First off he thanked the US Senate for having declared him to be an honorary citizen of the United States. Then he conveyed to them the heavy weight of responsibility that he was carrying on his shoulders as he traversed the country attempting to explain to the American citizenry what the conditions were like in the Soviet Union and those eastern block nations still under Soviet domination. At one point he told his audience, “In virtually every respect, our Russian historical experience has been almost the opposite of yours” and that “in my few addresses in your country I have attempted to break through that wall of disastrous unawareness or nonchalant superiority” that he sensed.
Returning to one of his former themes he again touched on the possible futility of trying to convey to others the depth of despair and hopelessness that arises in a nation when it has lost all its personal freedoms. He said, “Alas, such is human nature that we never feel the sufferings of others, and they never darken our temporary well-being, until they become our own. I am not certain that in my addresses here I have succeeded in conveying the breadth of that terrible reality to a complacently prosperous American society. But I have done what I could and what I consider my duty. So much the worse if the justice of my warnings become evident only some years hence.”
Speaking of the Vietnam war and its effect upon America in dividing the nation Solzhenitsyn remarked, “I can say with certainty that this ordeal was the least of a long chain of similar trials which awaits you in the near future.”
In closing his brief speech he told the Senate and the House:
“I would like to convey to you how we, the subjects of Communist states, look upon your words, deeds, proposals, and enactments, which are made known to the world through the media. We sometimes greet them with passionate approval, at other times with horror and despair. But we never have a chance to respond aloud.
Perhaps some of you, in your minds, still consider yourselves to represent only your state or party. But, from over there, from afar, we do not perceive these differences. We do not look up you as Democrats or Republicans, or as representatives of the Eastern Seaboard or the West Coast or the Midwest; we see you as statesmen, each of whom will play a direct and decisive role in the future course of world history, as it proceeds toward tragedy or salvation.
In the oncoming conjunction of a world political crisis with the present changes in a humanity exhausted and choked by a false hierarchy of values, you and your successors on Capital Hill will have to confront – you are already facing – problems of overwhelming difficulty, incomparably greater than the short-term calculations of diplomacy, inter-party struggles, or of the clash between President and Congress. There is but one choice: to rise to the task of the age.
Very soon, only too soon, your country will stand in need of not just exceptional men but of great men. Find them in your souls. Find them in your hears. Find them in the depths of your country.”

Within the Context of Present Day Russia and Ukraine
Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulating Alexandr Solzhenitsyn upon his return to Russia in 1994
My point, in referencing all the above information which Alexandr Solzhenitsyn conveyed to American during the summer of 1975, is to illustrate the fact that what he warned the West of, i.e. the impending and greater infiltration and capture of all western governments by the persistent, relentless actions of the communist ideologues has now turned out to be an unquestionable reality in 2022.
For those who have done their due diligence over the past half century and longer in researching and studying the workings of western governments since the 1930’s this reality comes as no surprise. Neither does the fact that it was able to be manifested on such a global scale and that too was only due to the power of the perpetrators who own and control all the mechanisms of mass communication and who, at the same time, own and control (through multiple methods) all the politicians, bureaucracies and judicial systems throughout the western nations.
Having steadily and persistently programmed their captive audiences since the end of WW2 into believing their false narratives and also having the financial clout to influence all levels of the education systems throughout the west, the Bolshevik communist mindset that Solzhenitsyn describes so well in his speeches and, more importantly, in his books (especially The Gulag Archipelago series) has now, in both a figurative and literal sense, accomplished what Lenin and Stalin and their gang of Bolshevik commissars had envisioned back in 1917 – a World Revolution wherein all other democratic forms of governance and freedom of the individual would be abolished and an elite cartel of like-minded miscreants and atheistic, psychopathic deviants and pedophiles would lay final claim to the planet and all its resources.
Thus far, since the year 2020, the world has not only witnessed but bore the brunt of these unilateral decisions made under the secretive and shadowy auspices of the Tyranny that now IS. The names and the companies and the motives and the madness of these entities from Hades are everywhere present, both on the world wide web and throughout all the other media. The future that Alexandr Solzhenitsyn was able to envisage while he watched and lived through his own personal gulag during the years of Soviet Bolshevik communist rule and which he laboured with the intensity of a Titan to convey to the world has now come to pass.
Those who know this and those who are beginning to awaken to such a knowing are the ones upon whom this grave realization has now devolved and it is this community of like-minded individuals (now everywhere present throughout the West and beyond) who must pick up and bear the torch of universal freedom and human rights that Solzhenitsyn carried to the West 47 years ago. They, and no one else, are the only hope left in the world and as Solzhenitsyn told us never to forget, “morality is higher than law.” We have that duty to be guided by the Spiritual realization that man-made laws do not supersede God’s laws and by following our hearts and minds instead of edicts forced upon us we will eventually overcome the clear and present EVIL that now besets the human family and the planet upon which we depend for our survival.
An Open Letter to Dr. Bonnie Henry By Arthur Topham CaribooSentinel.ca
“To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.” ~ Jesus the Christ (John 18:37.)
To: Dr. Bonnie Henry,
British Columbia Provincial Health Officer,
Ministry of Health,
1515 Blanshard Street,

Dear Dr. Bonnie Henry,
Seasons Greetings to you from the Cariboo.
The great 18th century British writer and pamphleteer Thomas Paine, considered by many to be the Godfather of the United States of America, played a crucial role in the struggle of the Colonists to break free of the yoke of King George III throughout the American Revolution that commenced in 1776. When the Colonial army under General George Washington was in retreat from General Howe’s British forces and their supplies and ammunition running low the moral of the volunteers was also at an all time decline. It was then that Thomas Paine, who fought along side the Continental militia, penned his now famous series of pamphlets known as the Crisis Papers.
In late September as he sat absorbed near an army campfire on a hogshead scratching out on paper Crisis I, his first of many pamphlets, he didn’t realize that someone had walked up beside him. Pausing for a moment he felt a hand on his shoulder and looking up he saw General Washington. While discussed the current situation that the Colonials were in Washington asked Paine if he might take a look at what he was writing. Tilting the sheets of paper toward the firelight he silently read to himself the following words:
These are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot, will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.
The General complimented Thomas Paine on his writing and asked him to send him copies of it when he was able to have it published. Paine of course replied that it would be his first priority. When the General returned to his tent and the night fell silent Paine continued with his work and the word flowed forth:
Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly; it is dearness that gives everything its value. Heaven knows how to put a price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM, should not be highly rated.
I chose to begin my letter to you with the words of Mr. Paine because they best convey, for myself and likely many others here in British Columbia and across our beleaguered nation, the sentiments now felt as we near the completion of the second year of the present Covid-19 crisis and the greatest of all Holy Days of the year – Christmas – draws nigh.
As a longstanding journalist working in the alternative news media and currently the publisher and editor of The Cariboo Sentinel (CaribooSentinel.ca) this manufactured ‘pandemic’ has become the mainstay of practically all msm and alternative news items since it first came to public light in January of 2020 and been both a boon and a blight for journalists, critics and proponents around the world, albeit at a cost yet to be fully ascertained.
In response to what, in the alternative view is best defined as a “plandemic” rather than a naturally occurred pandemic, I have written Open Letters to you before regarding the Covid-19 issue and sent them off knowing full well that the likelihood of receiving a reply back would be as assured as the proverbial snowball’s chance of survival in hell. Still, as Thomas Paine so aptly put it, the tyranny that has now come to my country and my province since Christmas of 2019 won’t easily be conquered and being by nature neither a “summer soldier” or a “sunshine patriot” I would be shirking my duty to God and to Canada were I to cease in my determined quest to inform your office and the provincial NDP government you represent, of the mendacious machinations and the unspeakable pain, destruction, death and anguish that your masks, mandates, lockdowns and specious inoculations have bequeathed to the people of this once beautiful, God-fearing province.
I know you are not alone in your quest to satisfy the urgings of those who, for the most ghastly of reasons, are adamant in their determination to murder millions, if not billions, of innocent souls in a sinister effort to pull off a final global coup d’etat and sink their greedy, filthy claws into the body of the world’s people in order to put a final end to our freedom as sovereign human beings created in the image of the Heavenly Father.
Never in the history of this glorious planet has there ever been a time where so many former independent nations have suddenly, as if by some sinister, magical spell, acted in such a unified manner in order to destroy their own sovereignty. It’s tantamount in some ways to the concept of global suicide, to a worldwide Jonestown event wherein the fevered brains and minds of the masses suddenly succumb to the will of a master sorcerer and lose all semblance of independent thought, reason and logic.
What it is that makes the rest of those in the provincial government and the mainstream media and, most tragic of all, the majority of the medical profession, willingly collaborate with you in order to lend a feigned sense of credence to your overt, duplicitous actions, especially given the reality of the effects they’re having upon the people of BC, still remains a mystery to the mass of t.v. watchers and newspaper readers who, thus far, have willingly ingested all the fake news reports, the fake statistics, the fake ‘viruses’ that instantly disappeared the historic common yearly flu, the fake untested, poisoned bioweapon euphemistically labelled a “vaccine” and the fake accusations being spread about concerning the dangers posed by those who, for various reasons, have not fallen into the jibberjabber trap you and Premier Horgan and Health Minister Dix have set for the people of BC. Their faith in you and in the NDP’s Machiavellian measures is a subject that future historians will undoubtedly debate over for a long time.
What the instigators of this fake global crisis have precipitated, knowingly or not, is a worldwide REVOLUTION; one that, were it compared with the writings of the major Communist authors of the past clearly delineates what their primary aim for the world at large has been since the Bolshevik take over of the Russian republic in 1917 wherein the Christian Tsar Nicholas II and the whole of his family (including the dog) were massacred and an atheistic, nihilist regime of brutal totalitarianism then reigned, ironically in a sense right up until Christmas day, December 25, 1991 when the Soviet flag flew over the Kremlin in Moscow for the last time marking 74 years of repression and lost freedom wherein approximately 66 million Christian Russians were genocided in various brutal ways.
And so Dr. Henry the similarities that surround you and the NDP government of the province of BC and the aforementioned Soviet communist example lead me up to your latest attack upon Christmas when we Christians traditionally celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. To further document all the attacks upon the Christian faith in Canada over the last two years would stretch this letter to the point of being onerous and I shall forego doing so but suffice it to say that the world is fully aware of these diabolic actions precipitated by those who serve another master.
I just want to close by saying that in this world of wonders there are many realms aside from the physical and political and financial. There are also spiritual and moral realms that we human beings are a quintessential part of which motivate and energize and inspire those of faith. It has always been one of the primary aims of the master Deceiver to destroy those who would willingly acknowledge and obey the supreme power and force of the Heavenly Father/Creator of this world and by your own actions and the actions of the atheist NDP leadership of the province of BC you have proven yourself to be a willing agent of the anti-Christ.
History will regard you as such but there is always the opportunity for everyone to cease and desist and this applies to you as well when it comes to your decision to attempt sabotaging the one religious celebration that Canadians have held dear to their hearts since the inception of this nation. I would ask that you stop trying to kill Christmas and instead start celebrating the rebirth of the peace and love and veneration of the Heavenly Father and His glorious Son that you so obviously are missing and so urgently in need of.
God grant you the courage to break free of your bonds and start serving Him rather than the Adversary.
If anything has been proven in this dark time of totalitarian censorship, it’s that free speech no longer exists and the free country we thought we had is gone. Just think of all the truth tellers constantly banished from YouTube, Twitter and every bit of mainstream media.
Yet a timid population afraid to challenge these ugly fantasies leading to their own demise turns out to be a group of cowards lost in fits of self congratulation and yet afraid to save their own lives for fear of losing their own jobs. That is the agonizing bind inflicted on a population miseducated by its own propaganda driven educational system by an illegitimate government.
The answer is to break the media mindlock, execute the mass murderers, and return to living our lives. Of course this is impossible to achieve with a corrupt judicial system overruling all objectives to this fatal fraud.
A simple distinction
There are real doctors, and there are fakes.
McCullough, Bhakti, Yeadon, Hoffe, Cowan, Kaufman, Ardis, Lanka, Madej, Hodkinson, Northrup, Young, Gold, Vollmer, Tenpenny, Bridle, Cahill, etc. These are the honest doctors. Fauci and the corporate chimps who insist on reducing the population through dishonest means, are the frauds. Proven frauds with a history of previous mass murders.
People who watch TV or read The New York Times hear only Fauci and his deranged disciples. They don’t hear anything even resembling the truth, because this entire crisis is based on a fantasy construction of lies.
The PCR test is not an authentic barometer of who has a disease and who doesn’t. Its inventor, Mullis, told us this.
Masks do not protect others and actually harm the wearers. Any disease that has a 99 percent chance of survival is no reason to declare a pandemic.
And the $3200 per pop cure for the mystery disease is a proven recipe for disaster, producing kidney failure, pulmonary edema, and murder by doctors who put patients on ventilators which cause them to drown in their own fluids, while hospitals pocket $39,000 per corpse from the government by doing so.
Then there’s the primary social horror. Lockdowns are proven not only to destroy all the small businesses in the world, but they also lead to mass suicides of despondent victims as well as turning future generations not unnecessarily killed by the poison jab into fearful vegetables afraid to come out of the house.
The government and the corporations who control the medical profession all insist these are good and necessary measures. Can you please see what’s wrong with this picture? And say something about it!
So it is clear that the medical establishment is being bribed by our totalitarian government owned by big business to kill patients, courtesy of our Big Pharma psychos led by Bill Gates and deranged demagogue governors such as Cuomo, Whitmer, Inslee and Newsom.
I’m glad they invented the term “presenters” or “news readers” because most of the faces you see on TV or YouTube are not journalists, they are actors reading from scripts ultimately approved by corporate headquarters, which are in turn controlled by the zillionaires who own Black Rock or Vanguard, investment firms which seem to control everything.
Thus the critical blockage of the truth that could instantly free the whole world from this homicidal medical tyranny is Big Media, one of three angels of death including Big Pharma and Big Government, all controlled by the same small group of psychopaths. These combine to vomit forth the insane wrath of an addled braintrust that has determined we should kill most of the world’s population so the superrich can live more comfortably on their manicured and manacled plantation.
False assumptions are fatal
The excuse our betters use to justify these radically insane draconian efforts to reduce the population in order for the species to survive its own witlessness are totally false on its face. Society has been set up as a consumeristic nightmare where people are trained to consume much more than they need in order to nourish a sick system that depends on grotesque overconsumption to balance its flabby and smelly financial books.
The corpulent consumers think they are getting a bargain with all this flashy luxury they can buy, but they are really only facilitating the destruction of the system they happily abuse. The fudge factor the billionaires are using to balance their books is to kill most of the population. And they call that savvy leadership.
Like the PCR tests that mean nothing, this is a false postulate, since the current systems of both capitalism and communism are thrown out of balance from the outset by the corruption that exists at the top of the corporate pecking order. You only need to compare the bloated salaries of the CEOs to the meager payback to the stockholders.
It is exactly why Buckminster Fuller once called economics a false science because it is based on the false assumption of scarcity. The markets, your education, your healthcare and your political system are all rigged by the swindlers who have pulled the wool over your eyes for centuries and then convinced you that you are actually in control of the system by providing you with an array of questionable and unhealthy luxuries that are almost all bad for your health.
This is the time tested method the psychopathic NWO braintrust has used to take over the world in a way that most of its victims still fail to perceive is happening.
I cannot tell you what to do. I can only tell you what will happen if you don’t do anything, which is something that I think most of you already know.
These demented denizens called ordinary citizens who still believe that the system works are unwittingly endorsing their own suicides, and reacting with bitter anger at those who try to point out what they’re doing, because deep down, in that place they don’t dare go, they really know what they have done to themselves by getting the jab that will end their lives.
And this is the real horror our leaders have bestowed upon us, slowly percolating into the madness now consuming all societies.

Dear Editor: The COVID operation is not about health
I am writing this message in love and in the interest of sharing information that I now know to be true.
The COVID operation is not about health – and it never has been. It is about totalitarian control. My family is originally from Romania (not me, I was born in Canada) and I have also heard others from Poland and Romania talk about how communism came about in their countries.
It began by closing all the churches. We see that happening now. It also began with censorship, and we see that now as well (read Bill C-10 which has passed its second reading) and we are also hearing more and more about “The Great Reset”, “Build Back Better”, “We’re all in this together”, and lately; more talk about Universal Basic Income (or UBI). These refrains are being uttered world-wide – not just in Canada.
Provinces in Canada are under alleged and made-up health emergencies while unaccountable political figures & unelected health authorities refuse to show truthful, hard scientific data upon which their draconian measures are being implemented & they won’t debate with dissenting medical experts about the fraudulent high threshold PCR testing “case-demic” and artificially inflated mortality.
Churches are being barricaded! Businesses closed! Job loss (being hidden by the CERB & EI extensions moving us gradually into UBI). If UBI passes, which at this point it appears it will; we will lose our homes, pensions, savings & everyone will be put on a monthly amount all over the country. Do you want your children and grandchildren to never own anything? You really think they will be happy? That’s what the Great Reset is about. Please do your homework.
Please, see this for what it is!!!
The injections are NOT vaccines, but they are in fact experimental mRNA or spike protein injections. WE are the test subjects and yet, we cannot work; travel; and very soon go out in public without one. The people making all the money and heavily invested in the vaccine industry are eugenicists. If you don’t believe me, do your homework on Bill Gates. He, Mr. Fauci and others stand to make all the money on the injections and they have NO liability whatsoever. Do you truly think a eugenicist wants to save lives?
I want to have fellowship at my church and I want to be free to worship. While you may not be Christian and this may not matter, I’d still like you to ask the question – Why is it that churches are closed, but liquor stores remain open? Are liquor stores protected under our constitutional law? No, but the churches are; and yet those laws (rights) are being ignored!
I want to keep this short, so I will end it here – but I cannot stress this enough – if you want to live freely, worship freely, have a business, own a home, etc., I pray that you will open your eyes to the truth. May God bless and keep each and everyone of you. I want to make the point that this is NOT about health – we talk about the masks, injections, social distancing – but the real issue is what is happening in the background (laws being passed) while people live in fear of COVID.
“Granting a government agency authority over legal user generated content — doesn’t just infringe on free expression, it constitutes a full-blown assault upon, through it, the foundations of democracy.”
~ Brad Salzberg
So stated Peter Menzies, former commissioner of the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission. As Prime Minister Justin Trudeau so boldly articulated, “people tend to see things from different perspectives.”
Here is the perspective of Cultural Action Party: Bill C-10 exists for the purpose of controlling what Canadians read and publish on the internet. If it passes, which it will, internet publishing will fall under the Canadian Broadcasting Act. At the base level, the result is a transfer of control of internet content to our ruling Liberal government.
Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault is positioning the move as an act of altruism. “This is for the benefit of Canadians–citizens want this,” and other such platitudes. Make no mistake– the benefit resides squarely in the hands of the few.
Meaning the Liberal Party of Canada, and their omnipresent quest to rule our nation in perpetuity. Leaders of our nation’s most powerful “multicultural” lobbies are also at the driving wheel.
As with all aspects of our nation’s transition away from a free and democratic society, internet censorship comes down to an issue of control. As in, control the media, and you control what citizens speak, write- and potentially believe.
You know the situation is serious when mainstream media pipe in:
Parliament has now voted to expand the bill to apply to user-generated content, potentially subjecting YouTube videos, Facebook posts and tweets of Canadians to government regulation. Such is the incremental nature of the loss of Canadian values at the hands of the Trudeau government.
Speaking of control, what would Canadians call the ramifications of the Covid pandemic, if not control of society? “Walk here, don’t walk there, wear a mask in public.” Become, if you like, zombie-type citizens who exist for two purposes– to follow government orders, and to pay taxes.
Such is the reality of life in Canada in the year 2021. Amazing how five years of the second coming of a Trudeau-family prime minister has served up what can best be described as a pseudo-communist Canada.
Let us take a look at some of the fundamentals of the Pierre Trudeau-created Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and the impact of the pandemic upon them:
— the right to live and seek employment anywhere in Canada. Cancelled.
— freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication. Pending cancellation.
— freedom of peaceful assembly. Illegal.
— every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, and leave Canada. Suspended.
Shall we continue? Let’s not– because dollars-to-Tim Horton’s donuts readers are getting the picture–a picture which not a single media outlet has presented to the public. To be certain, they never will.
Nor will the truth of Justin Trudeau’s emulation of China’s censorship policies be properly articulated by media. Based on the information contained herein, anyone should be able to understand why this is the case.
Government and media working in collusion. The people of our nation censored from an expression of ideas government decree inappropriate.
Getting the picture, fellow patriots? If any readers are having difficulty, we offer a hint: think of the favourite form of governance of Pierre and Justin Trudeau–and go from there.
Communism has come to Canada. The wise will expect more and more of the same until the final Great Reset goal is accomplished. As CAP stated from day one of the Trudeau regime, the days of democracy in our nation are surely numbered.
Provincial restrictions are in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Some restrictions are made by the Provincial Health Officer (PHO) under the Public Health Act and others are made under the Emergency Program Act (EPA). Most orders can be enforced by police and compliance and enforcement officials.
This content is a summary of the PHO order – Gatherings and Events (PDF) document. It is not legal advice and does not provide an interpretation of the law. In the event of any conflict or difference between this webpage and the order, the order is correct and legal and must be followed.
Social gatherings
Indoor gatherings
No indoor social gatherings of any size at your residence with anyone other than your household or, if you live alone, your core bubble. For example:
Do not invite friends or extended family inside your residence or vacation accommodation
Do not host a party or event inside your house
Outdoor gatherings
Up to 10 people can gather outdoors. For example:
Up to 10 people can gather at a park or beach
Up to 10 people can gather in the backyard of a residence
Do not gather with several groups of new people. Stick tothe same people. Continue to use COVID-19 layers of protection and maintain physical distancing. Patios and outdoor areas at restaurants, pubs and bars are not included as places to gather with 10 people at one table.
These activities are not considered a social gathering:
Going for a walk or hike
Parents carpooling kids to and from school
Grandparents providing child care
Public pools and public skating rinks, when not associated with an event, are allowed to continue to operate with a COVID-19 Safety Plan
****ALL EXERCISE RULES AND REGS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS REPORT
PHO order on restaurants, pubs and bars
Restaurants, pubs, bars and food courts are closed for indoor dining until April 19 at 11:59 pm.
Outdoor patio seating and take-out or delivery is allowed
Breweries, wineries and tasting rooms can operate outdoor patios
Liquor may only be served on a patio if people are seated
In order to limit the spread of COVID-19, people should only be dining at restaurants with their household. For people who live alone, this should be with a maximum of two people they regularly interact with (core bubble).
Restaurants, pubs and bars must have a COVID-19 Safety Plan and employee protocols in place. WorkSafeBC will be conducting inspections to verify that COVID-19 Safety Plans remain effective. Establishments that are noncompliant with plan requirements may face orders and fines, and possible referral to public health which may result in a closure order.
As outlined in the EPA mask mandate order, masks are required for everyone in many public indoor settings. A face shield is not a substitute for a mask as it has an opening below the mouth.
There are exemptions for:
People with health conditions or with physical, cognitive or mental impairments who cannot wear one
People who cannot remove a mask on their own
Children under the age of 12
People who need to remove their masks to communicate due to another person’s hearing impairment
Masks are required in many indoor public settings and all retail stores. This includes:
Malls, shopping centres
Grocery stores
Airports
Coffee shops
On public transportation, in a taxi or ride-sharing vehicle
Places of worship
Libraries
Common areas of post-secondary institutions, office buildings, court houses (except court rooms), hospitals and hotels
Clothing stores
Liquor stores
Drug stores
Community centres

Refuse to comply with the direction of an enforcement officer, including the direction to leave the space
Engage in abusive or belligerent behaviour
Masks at workplaces and shared living areas
It is strongly recommended that masks be worn in the following areas:
Common areas in apartment buildings and condos, including:
Elevators
Hallways
Lobbies
Stairwells
Shared indoor workplace spaces, including:

Kitchens
Hallways
Break rooms
Travel advisory
At this time, all non-essential travel should be avoided. This includes travel into and out of B.C. and between regions of the province. For example:
Do not travel for a vacation
Do not travel to visit friends or family outside of your household or core bubble
Travel for essential reasons
Individual circumstances may affect whether a trip is considered essential or non-essential. Essential travel within B.C. includes:
Regular travel for work within your region
Travel for things like medical appointments and hospital visits
For example, if you live in Vancouver and work in Surrey you can continue to commute.
If you need to travel for essential reasons, take the same health and safety precautions you do at home.
Wash your hands often
Practice safe distancing, 2 m
Travel only with yourself, household or core bubble
Stick to the outdoors whenever possible
Clean spaces often
Wear a mask in indoor spaces
First Nations communities
Many First Nations have declared a state of emergency for their communities and enacted COVID-19 community protection by-laws including travel bans for non-residents and non-essential visitors. It is important to respect these restrictions in addition to the province-wide travel advisory.
Whistler Blackcomb closure
The Whistler Blackcomb ski resort is closed until April 19 at 11:59 pm.
Coming from outside of B.C.
At this time, people travelling to B.C. from another province or territory within Canada should only come for essential reasons. If you do travel, you are expected to follow the same travel guidelines as everyone else in B.C.
During a public health emergency under the Public Health Act, the PHO can make orders as needed. You must follow the orders. Some orders can be enforced by police or other compliance and enforcement officials. People who don’t follow these orders could be fined.
